PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KS-570 is an improved material developed by CKS Keshun, aiming at solving the heating issue of hot-melt non-curable rubberized waterproof coating. It is a material which can be sprayed directly with non-toxic, tasteless, construction safety and environmental friend performance. It has completely improved the heating problem, while maintaining its original performance. The product consists of A, B two component be applied with SBS membrane, self-adhesive membrane. It is widely used in bridges, tunnels, military, agricultural facilities, housing construction.
WHERE TO USE
Ideal for new building roof and underground waterproofing project.
Also ideal for old roof maintenance, no need to eliminate the original waterproof layer.
Can be used alone, also can be applied with waterproofing membrane, forming a reliable composite waterproof system.
Can be made into a non-curing membrane on site by applying the three coating two fabrics methods.
Easy construction: No heating, sprayed directly under normal temperature, high construction efficiency, to greatly shorten the construction period and save labor costs
Strong adhesion: Can be directly applied on wet substrate, bonded tightly with the substrate, peel strength significantly improved, no channeling water, and good adhesion with all kinds of building materials
Non-curing: Forming a creep deformation material after water vapor, non-curing even after long-term contact with the air, insoluble in water
Self-repairing: Good self-repairing ability to puncture and tear damage of waterproof layer, to improve the reliability and service life
Good extensibility: With 50mm or higher extensibility, will not damage the waterproof layer due to the displacement of substrate, so that the building structure will be in sealed state permanently
Safe and environmentally friendly: Water-based products which does not contain any organic solvents, non-toxic, tasteless, pollution-free, to meet the national safety and environmental requirement.
