Aquaflex KS-101-KS-101 Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Coating
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KS-101 Capillary crystalline waterproof coating is a cement base waterproof material produced by the American imported equipment and raw materials. KS-101 is made of silicate cement, composed of the special treatment of a group of active compounds and quartz sand powder materials.
KS-101 contents chemical active substances which penetrate to concrete internal capillary channels through carrier, and react with free lime and water molecules, then forming crystallization which is insoluble in water. The crystallization can penetration into deep layer of the concrete, filling the pores and gap, at the end permanently stay in the concrete, densify the concrete, prevent water infiltration channel, thus permanently sealed the concrete.
WHERE TO USE
Permanent active, can naturally heal the cracks below 0.4mm;
Prevent corrosion of steel;
Protect concrete structures from waste water, sea water, chemicals and solvents;
Strengthen the strength of the concrete structure, prevent the destruction of concrete;
Due to its unique permeability, no protective layer should be set after construction;
Can be constructed on the surface of the concrete structure and the surface which is faced the water;
Especially suitable for wet base construction;
KS-101 is possible to use at positive side and negative side of concrete structure
This material is suitable construct at damp substrate
KS-101 is self-repair material which can fixed tiny crack smaller then 0.4mm
It can protect structure steel par from corrosion for long time
KS-101 can strengthen concrete structure and protect it from damage of freeze-thaw cycle
KS-101 can also protect concrete form wastewater, seawater and chemical corrosion
Protect layer is not needed for KS-101 as it is osmosis material
KS-101 is non-toxic and harmless material, for this reason it can use at drink water waterproofing
Easy to construction and there is no construction joint

Recommend usage:
The usage for 1.0mm thickness coating is about 1.5 kg/square meter. The recommend thickness is 1.5mm to 2mm. Walls: 3 to 4 coats depend on the requirement of design, 0.4mm to 0.5mm thickness per coat. Floors: 2 to 3 coats depend on the requirement of design, 0.6mm to 0.8mm thickness per coat.
