Aquacoat KS-911 -KS-911 Non-tar Two Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coatin
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KS-911 non-tar two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is a double-component curing reaction type. Component A uses polyether and isocyanate as main material. Component B is made of filler, vulcanization agent, catalysts and additives. With the appropriate proportion, mixing component A and B and then coating on the substrate to form an elastic waterproof film as a whole after curing.
WHERE TO USE
Waterproof for non-exposed roof
Underground waterproofing: the basement floor, interior and exterior wall, retaining wall, tunnel wall
Others: bathroom, kitchen, balcony, non-drinking water pool, wall pipe, drainage port, etc.
- Stable performance, weather resistance, high solid content and reliable waterproofness
- Strong adhesion, liquid under construction, curing at room temperature, easy operation, shorten project lead time
- Excellent extensibility and tensile strength, being a bridge role of the waterproof substrate of expansion and slotted deformation abilities;
- Low temperature resistance.

Recommend Usage
(Subject to A: B=1:2) The usage for 1.0mm thickness coating is about 1.3-1.5kg/square meter in case special area required to reinforce the effect of waterproof, adding fiber glass fabric or non-woven fabric on the coating.
The recommend thickness is 1.5mm to 2mm.
Walls: 3 to 4 coats depend on the requirement of design, 0.4mm to 0.5mm thickness per coat.
Floors: 2 to 3 coats depend on the requirement of design, 0.6mm to 0.8mm thickness per coat.
