CKS Single-Sided Textured Geomembrane-
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CKS Single-Sided Textured Geomembrane uses PE resin as raw materials, into which nano-scale carbon black and other assistants have been added. It is made with the process of 4-layer extrusion and film blowing to result in two sides. One of the sides is smooth and the other is textured, made with nitrogen spray and brush. While the textured surface contacts the slope under a high friction force to prevent sliding, the smooth side has a high breaking elongation at break and tensile strength.
WHERE TO USE
- The product is applied mainly in municipal environmental protection, anti-permeation works of municipal, water conservancy and park projects, anti-permeation/corrosion works of metallurgic or petrochemical projects, anti-permeation works of aquiculture projects and the surfaces of other projects for protection against permeation,corrosion and leakage, for consolidation and for collection of percolates.

PRODUCT FEATURES
- The single-sided textured geomembrane is a structure of irregular concave and convex formed directly by nitrogen that brushes the surface of one side of the materials. The materials that take shape this way have a stable mechanical performance;
- The nitrogen spray process that is used for the textured surface instead of the mould brush process enables the product to maintain a better anti-tear effect;
- It is excellent in friction force, breaking elongation and tensile strength;
- The added carbon black results in an excellent anti-ultraviolet and anti-ageing performance;
- The excellent performance of the raw materials in resisting chemicals and biology enables them to effectively resist the material corrosion caused by acid, salt, organics and biological enzymes.
